Chapter 97: Power-up

Elana’s first reflex was to gut the unpleasant creature holding back the Golem. She really wanted to see if this shameless Prince… Princess. The Idiot. She wanted to see if the Idiot bled red just like humans would.

Of course, the giant sword hanging above their heads made her rethink the urge. Elana swayed, checking if the Golem would react. But no, it was too busy looking at the Idiot sobbing and hugging it tight.

The chains were still there, cutting off their escape path, but they had stopped to move, frozen by the stupidity in front of them.

Elana hesitated, then whispered to Moira. “Ask the Idiot if he can get the golem to back off.” She slid her feet back, not wanting to make any sudden movements.

“Righ, uh, Freddy?” Moira continued to use Elana as a wall, peaking over her shoulder. “Is it safe? Can you make the scary golem move away?”

The Idiot hurried to nod. “Father!” She yelled. “Please listen! I know you understand me! Please leave them alone! You have to! She is the one! There is no one else! Please!” He sobbed.

The spectacle made Elana want to gag. She averted her eyes from the crying mess. It was a good thing she did.

At the far side of the hall, Ashton had gotten up. His body still was uninjured. He dusted off, the movements jiggling his balls.

This was rather worrying. It didn’t escape Elana that Ashton was looking pissed. The hammers in his hands seemed to grow in size as he eyed the four of them.

“Moira.” Her mana was almost empty. Elana pointed at the Prince. “He is trouble.”

“On it,” Moira didn’t have to be told twice. She released a sad cry and then rushed towards the Idiot Princess. “Please don’t hurt Freddy!” Her acting was surprisingly good.

The urge to facepalm was irresistible. Elana already raised her hand, only stopping when the shield bumped against the Ice crown adorning her head.

“We are meant to be!” Moira continued, reaching the Idiot and pressing him in between her breasts. “Our future is together!”

While Elana didn’t doubt Moira’s words were true, she knew they most likely meant she would use the Idiot as a slave.

“Moira!” The Idiot finally let go of the Golem’s thigh. He hugged his love with far too much greed.

“The fucker,” Elana didn’t miss how the Idiot’s fingers touched her woman. Her bloodlust was rising again with each second.

Luckily, Moira seemed to realise it, too. She pushed the Idiot back, holding him at arm’s length. “The great evil is still here.” She turned him to show the approaching threat. “Look! He wants to end all that is good!”

The Magical Construct looked lost. It kept looking at Moira, then at the Princess, then back. It looked like the whole situation had broken the golem.

“I see,” The Idiot nodded, his motion accidentally synchronising with Ashton’s dick swaying up and down. “Father!” He suddenly looked lively again. “We must stop that villain!”

The constipated expression on the Golem’s face was unmistakable. It looked at the newly transformed child, mortified by what he saw. But then, the face took a gentler tone. The Golem seemingly sighed as it straightened.

“Be careful, father!” The Idiot held his arms in a prayer. “I don’t want to lose you a second time.”

The Magical Construct nodded and hefted its sword. Eyes flashing with a baleful light, it stepped forward the incoming foreign prince.

With incredible speed, both of the powerful fighters shot towards each other, clashing midway, not giving any ground. The powerful bodies struggled for dominance. The hammers struck the sword and the magical body while a powerful fist impacted the Prince’s face.

Both fighter attacks seemingly did nothing. Ashton kept his hammer stuck to the gigantic sword, not allowing the Golem to swing it while he used his other hammer to pummel the thing’s body.

The magical construct, meanwhile, used its fist to relieve the stress. It seemed quite happy to Ashton’s face as an anvil for its own hammer.

“So stupid,” Elana spat out, letting her body relax after what seemed like forever. She exhaled cold, trying to scrounge up any mana she could.

“At least it is keeping them busy. How are you?” Moira dropped her act, abandoning the Idiot to cheer for the mindless showcase of muscle alone. “You okay? You don’t look okay.

Elana stiffened as Moira’s palm found its way to her face. “This is still unsettling.” She remarked. “The care you are showing.”

“I can stop.” Moira caressed Elana’s cheek. “Do you want me to stop?”

After a pause, Elana shrugged. “Too late now. You already look like a love-struck maiden to everyone who is looking.”

It was true. Moira belatedly looked around. As the chains binding everyone calmed down, the people began paying attention to what was happening.

Most notably, Mary was crying blood, trying to reduce Moira to ashes with voiceless curses. She was clearly uttering unimaginable things under her breath. It was easy to tell because of how Catarina and Cinthia tried to get away from Elana’s sister.

“Ah, shit.” Moira didn’t stop. “She will try to kill me, won’t she?” She leaned closer.

“Already is.” Elana felt her mood improve. “I missed you.” She opened her arms to welcome the busty woman into her embrace.

“Wow,” Moira gasped. “You actually said that aloud?” She jumped into Elana’s arms. “What will people think?”

“The right thing.” Elana lessened the bite her ice had. “That we are a thing.” She gently planted her lips on Moira’s, announcing to the world their sweet connection.

As their lips met, a course of energy shot through Elana’s body. She pressed against Moira, wanting more. “Nnn, you have grown better with your electricity.” Her body felt hot.

“No.” Moira froze. “No. That was because of something else.”

“What do you mean?” Elana wanted more kisses.

“I think we just got a power-up because of our love,” Moira explained, her expression paling.

“Fuck.”

“Fuck, indeed, my love.” Moira sadly agreed.

Cringe. Sappy. Not my story. I am disowning it.
