Lucas Grey was an orphaned child, raised by his army veteran grandfather after his parents and older brother were taken from him by a drunk-driver while he was too young to even be able to spell his own name. His roughneck grandfather made it his mission to teach Lucas whatever he could; survival skills, self-defensive combat, basic automotive maintenance, and, most importantly, how to be a good man. Lucas has two goals in life, make his grandfather proud and have a happy family with lots of children. Then the unthinkable suddenly crashed into reality. The first bombs fell while he was driving home from university, erasing the mountains on the horizon and sending a wave of fiery annihilation racing his direction. A searing white flash is the last experience of Lucas’ short life. Then the pain begins. A post-apocalyptic survival harem 300 years after the collapse of civilization. The women are fierce, the wildlife is monstrous, and life is brutal. More importantly, the men are scarce, being only 10% of the known population.
