Izzy finishes cleaning up Sue. Her pubic hair is short and well-kept. little more than fuzz. She powders and tapes the diaper shut. For a moment she is enjoying herself. She pictures taking care of Jacob like this. But he is always too weird about it. She sighs; she knows he likes them.
Izzy thoughtfully pats the front of Sue’s diaper. “There you go,” she says.
Jacob returns and knocks on the wall of the tent. “Can I come in?” he asks, his shoes still dripping water.
“Not yet, still naked,” Izzy responds, covering the front of Sue’s diaper with her hands, like somehow that would protect her modesty. despite the fact that her breasts are fully on display.
Jacob gives up and drops his shoes in front of the tent. and looks around for something to eat, but it appears everyone has started packing up to leave. “Did we bring any food?” he asks the people inside the tent.
Sue slips on her padded bra, adjusting it and trying to make her small assets as large as she can before tossing a t-shirt and shorts on. She watches Izzy get dressed as she does. “I got nothing to eat, Jacob. Usually there is someone out there with extra, and I just mooch,” Sue says, feeling a tingle in her belly as she watches Izzy change her underwear.
She admires how shapely Izzy is. how big her breasts are. how she has a little bit of belly fat that accentuates her hips and butt. the thickness of her thighs. She bites her lip and looks away.
Too soon for Sue Izzy is fully dressed and opens the tent flap. “Good to go here… did you go swim?” Izzy asks confusedly; she points at the wet shoes on the ground.
“Kinda,” Jacob says. “Hey, I think we should pack up and go; everyone else is leaving.”
Izzy frowns as she looks around. The werewolves are long gone, and the rest of the campers are either putting their tent away or packing the car. “Yeah, it looks like whatever happened last night ruined the festivities for today.” Izzy says, frustrated. “I really wanted a break.”
Sue helps Jacob and Izzy take down the tent. She finds herself gravitating to Izzy’s side. finding little excuses to touch her or bump into her. Every time she does, she blushes and feels disappointed in herself. Her girlfriend will visit soon; she is sure she might just be busy with work…
Jacob’s camping experience really helps them put their tent back in its bag. with their tent being the last one to be taken down. Jacob carries it over to the small but growing mountain in the center of the campground that is made of cots and half-folded tents.
“We will have to come back here soon and do this again with fewer people,” Izzy says as she loads her bag into her car. She climbs into the driver’s seat and waits for the rest of the group to get in. She thinks about last night and how Cane felt touching her; she feels her own familiar tingle in her belly. a sense of disappointment and emptiness that a fat knot would fill. The car starts easily, and they start to drive back to the ranch. On the way, they see military humvees with dual 50-caliber machine guns mounted on top driving in the same direction they are. They are soon stuck behind them as the heavy vehicles rumble down the road.
Just before they turn into the ranch, the Humvees turn and drive into the sandhills. leaving a cloud of dust in their wake. “What was that all about?” Izzy asks Sue, who just shrugs.
Dr. Blob is sitting on Sue’s lap, slapping and fighting with her like a weird game of whack-a-mole. except its pseudopods from its body. He is enjoying himself; the trip has been exciting for him. He had been used as a pillow; he had eaten the popcorn; he had tasted the local waters and the strange creatures that live within, and now he was playing in the back of the car. “Yes, it was a good trip,” he wibbles.
In the front of the car, Jacob turns to Izzy. “Do you think it’s safe to be at the ranch now?”
Izzy looks at Jacob as she turns the car off. “I hope so, but who knows?”
“I had fun on our travels,” Dr. Blob wibbles and rolls into the seat across from Sue. “But I must see if the cat has any more confectionary for me to try.” He slurps his way through the drain plug under the car’s carpet. He starts humming the 007 theme song as he goes.
Once outside the car, he slithers up the drainpipe to the roof. He dances to his beat-blobbing of the theme song, and as it reaches its crescendo, he forms into a ball and rolls down the other side of the roof. He underestimates his speed and shoots over the second-floor balcony to splat on the first-floor concrete. As he reforms, he sees Jack Harrington looking out over the pool, muttering to himself.
“The blobby is right,” Sue says, giving Izzy a smile. She touches Izzy’s shoulder as she climbs out and takes a small bag with her to her desk. Her shift isn’t due to start for a few hours, but she can get some gaming in at least.
Izzy and Jacob head into their room and toss the bags on the bed. “Yeah, that was fun,” they say nearly in unison.
“Hungry?” Izzy asks her stomach. She finds it making unpleasant noises in response.
“Why do you want me to eat you?” Jacob asks hopefully.
“What? No, maybe later. I am starving. Let’s go eat breakfast,” Izzy says with a smile. She pats Jacob’s butt and heads towards the bar.
The bar is practically empty. “Where is everyone?” Izzy asks as she enters the bar.
The kitsune smiles and waves to Izzy before going back to handling Grups’ order.
“Two of everything; I smell a battle coming,” Grup says to the fox-eared kitsune.
The cat smiles, watching Izzy’s face, waiting for her to look at him. As soon as she does, he says, “I have missed you, human,” his tail extra swishy today. “I hear lots of things are happening outside; I hear we may be at war.”
“What?” Izzy says, confused. She takes Jacob’s hand. “With whom?”
“The Lizard people look like they are tired of waiting for the child back,” the Cat says quietly. leaning forward conspiratorially.
“What’s that mean for the ranch?” Izzy asks concernedly.
“If we don’t find the child, it’s going to get ugly,” the cat says even more quietly, making Izzy lean even closer. The cat can smell her perfume and the fact that she changed a diaper today.
Jacob sits on the stool at the bar, hand on Izzy’s leg. “What do we do?” he asks.
The cat’s tail swishes, curling into a question mark. “Do?” he says.
Jacob looks confused. “Yeah, what do we do?”
Izzy leans closer to Jacob, putting her hand on his. “Can we help somehow?” she asks.
The cat smiles wide. “There is one thing you can do, Izzy, but Jacob can’t go with you,” he finishes with a mock sad face aimed at Jacob.
Izzy looks at Jacob, then turns to the Cat. “What is it? It better not be like the scavenger hunt,” she scolds the strange bartender.
“I need something delivered,” the cat says with a knowing smile of things humans are not meant to know.
“Yeah, I can do that, I think,” Izzy says, confused.
The cat looks at the clock on the wall. “You will have to hurry,” he says, walking into the kitchen to return with a gallon-sized protein shake.
“And drink all that?” Izzy says, more afraid she would develop lactose intolerance than anything.
“No… Take this to the gym downstairs, but be quick,” the Cat says, shooing Izzy away. He watches as she gets up and holds the container to her belly. The doors to the bar close behind her softly as he feels her presence leave the room.
“What do I do?” Jacob asks.
“I don’t think you can do anything,” the Cat says with a grin. “Why don’t you go see Audrey? You know you want to, or if you want to be helpful, go to the gas station and see Josh; he may have the answer.”
“What do you mean, ‘answer’?” Jacob asks, confused. “What about breakfast?”
The cat sneers and hisses, “Go.”
Jacob glares at the cat and gets up and leaves. “I didn’t want your food anyway,” he says with a grumbling stomach.
