I look down at myself, seeing my darkened skin, claws, and lengthened hair, clench the batlike hand-wings sprouting from my back, and reply, “Yeah, it just sort of happened, and now I can’t turn back. Any idea what’s going on?”
“Hmm, I’m not remotely supplying you with Senjutsu chakra at the moment. What could be the cause?” Orochimaru frowns with thought before suddenly brightening. “I’ve never seen a pregnancy affected by the Curse Mark… This could be interesting! Considering the way my love-bite modifies you on a genetic level, you could say the infant has a little of Jugo-kun inside them—along with a little of me. Oh, my! I’m a papa, now!” Orochimaru holds his cheeks in mock-shock.
“Ahem,” Kabuto interrupts before I get too frustrated with my evil sensei’s antics, “We did supply a sample from our favorite lab rat after Sasuke-kun’s previous training session to speed his recovery. Perhaps that is the cause.”

This bastard is always so annoying and cagey. “Alright, then why is it affecting me? And what’s a Sage?”
