So, I started thinking about the whole thing and decided it was indeed too confusing, especially after Gerhart conquered his past lives.
So, although there is some comedic value in it, it is pointless. I decided to axe that and partially restructure the chapters so that there are three Gerharts and not Damien, Gerhart, and Cortes.
