Chapter 40: A Mother’s Indulgence

*

Beneath the stone, where whispers cling,
I taste the shiver your silence brings.
 Kneel for me, body bared,
A trembling prayer, a soul ensnared.

The cold wall kisses, the fire devours,
My hands are chains, my breath is power.
Each gasp you give, I claim, I keep,
Your torment sweet, your surrender deep.

Blood and pleasure, bite and breath,
 Ecstasy dancing close to death.
In ruin’s glow, in shadows’ hymn,
I drink the sin that floods within.

So plead, my love, with broken voice,
For pain and bliss are but one choice.
To fall, to bow, to lose, to crave—
Your rapture blooms when you’re my slave.

—

I held Ysara in my arms, her bare, blood-streaked body pressed against my own naked skin as we stood in the dim corridor. The warmth of her trembling frame bled into me, every ragged breath making her chest rise against mine.

Her delicate fingers clung desperately to my waist, as if I were the only anchor left in her shattered world. She was mine now—bound by blood, by power, by fear, and by the undeniable intimacy we share.

“Do you feel it, my sweet daughter?” I whispered against her ear, letting my lips graze her damp skin. “No chains. No veil of lies between us. Only truth.”

A shiver ran through her, crimson eyes flickering up at me with both reverence and love. “Mother…” she breathed, her voice breaking, “I am yours.”

I smiled, brushing aside the strands of her matted hair and tilting her face so she couldn’t hide from me. “Yes, you are. Every drop of your blood sings for me. Every breath you take is mine to claim. And now,” my hand slid slowly down the curve of her waist, gripping her with a possessive squeeze, “you will guide me.”

Her lips parted eagerly, the words spilling forth like sacred vows.

“Yes, Mother,” she said, her voice trembling not with fear but with burning devotion, every syllable dripping with need.

“Lead me,” I commanded softly, though the weight of it coiled around her like chains. “Show me the depths of this wretched place, every corner, every secret. Nothing here belongs to them anymore. It belongs to us.”

She nodded quickly, pressing closer one last time before pulling away from my embrace. Her bare feet smeared blood across the cold stone floor as she walked ahead, trembling at first, but each stride steadied as her body remembered its purpose.

I let her slip away, my eyes drinking in the sight of her naked form glistening in the runelight—her back streaked with blood and sweat, damp hair clinging to her skin as the corridor swallowed us in silence.

I followed at a leisurely pace, close enough that my shadow fell over her. Every step she took seemed an act of obedience, and I reveled in it.

“Slow down,” I murmured.

My nails skimmed along her ribs, leaving little trails of fire until they found the soft weight of her chest, her breath hitching at the claim.

“Did I tell you to hurry?

“N-no, Mother…” Her voice wavered, both ashamed and aroused.

“That’s right,” I whispered against her ear, letting my lips brush her skin as we walked forward, my body pressed into hers. “Even in these halls of filth, you are mine to enjoy. To command. To cherish.” My fingers toyed idly with the swell of her breast, squeezing gently, possessively, while my other arm held her firmly by the waist.

Her steps grew unsteady, her legs trembling. “Mother, I… I will show you everything. The halls, the chambers, the altars—”

“Good girl,” I purred, giving her a light bite on the shoulder before releasing her breast, sliding my hand back down her stomach. “Show me, and speak as you do. Tell me the secrets of this place, all that you know of it.”

“Yes… Mother,” she whispered breathlessly, as if the act of answering me was a release in itself.

We moved forward again, but I never let her stray far. My hands trailed over her body with every step—her hip, her thigh, the curve of her ass—reminding her that she was bare, vulnerable, and adored all at once. Each time she faltered in her speech, I teased another gasp from her lips until she forced herself to continue speaking, desperate to please me.

The corridor turned, opening into a vast chamber lined with broken pillars and flickering torches. Ysara hesitated at the threshold, her fingers tightening around mine instinctively.

“Don’t falter now,” I said, wrapping my arms around her waist from behind, pulling her back against me. “The world is waiting to be unraveled for me through your tongue. Speak, my sweet daughter. Speak, and I will listen.”

She froze, but instead of faltering she leaned into me, voice low and fervent.

“As you command, Mother”

The corridor wound deeper, carved from black stone that seemed to drink the torchlight. I let my hand trail lazily down Ysara’s waist, fingers dipping lower every few steps. Trembling, she walked ahead of me, her voice faltering before she forced herself to speak.

“This hall… it leads to the ritual chambers,” she whispered, her breath uneven as I brushed the swell of her hip. “Here, the cult conducted sacrifices, blood rites, offerings to… to summon fragments of the abyss.

My lips ghosted against her ear as I pressed closer, letting my body mold to hers. “Fragments, hm? Tell me—what manner of sacrifices?”

“V-victims taken from the villages above,” she stammered, her hands splaying flat against the cold wall, hips pressing back into me with need. “Humans, beastkin…though most often, children. Their life force would be drained into the altar, fueling the wards that kept this place hidden.”

I chuckled softly, giving her nipple a slow, deliberate twist forcing a loud moan from her lips. “And did you watch, my child? Did you kneel and pray while their screams filled the chamber?”

Her voice cracked, a mix of shame and heat. “Yes, Mother…  I had no choice.”

“You always had a choice,” I corrected, tongue tracing her neck, savoring the shiver that ran through her. “But you chose survival. That is why you are mine.

We stopped before a towering archway carved with runes, the air thick with the coppery tang of old blood. Ysara’s fingers brushed the wall with a kind of reverence.

“This is the Grand Altar of Binding. It was here they tried to break you, Mother—back when you were still in the shell of a boy. The arrays carved into the floor forced your body to accept the blood they poured into you. And if you resisted… the runes would ignite, searing your flesh until even your screams shook the stones.”

A dark smile curved my lips as I pressed closer, My knuckles grazed the tender inside of her thigh, a cruel tease that made her knees quake. And did I scream for them?”

Her eyes fluttered closed, her head tilting back against my shoulder, her voice trembling with both devotion and arousal. “Yes, Mother… you screamed, but you never broke. Never. Even then, you were beyond them.”

My laughter was low, indulgent. “How delicious. Continue, my daughter. What lies beyond this chamber?”

She swallowed hard, gathering her strength as I traced lazy circles across her inner thigh. “Beyond… beyond lies the Chamber of Chains. The prisoners who were not chosen for sacrifice were kept there, shackled to the walls, starved until their minds shattered. Their suffering was… nourishment for the cult’s rituals.”

“Ah,” I murmured, pressing her shoulder briefly against the cold stone wall, savoring the way she flinched at the chill before I drew her back into my heat. I held her in place as her knees threatened to buckle.

“So much cruelty, so much pain… all wasted on mortals who had no vision. But with you as my voice, my daughter, I will take it all for myself.”

We passed through another corridor, this one lined with alcoves where skeletal remains still clung to rusted chains. Ysara’s voice shook, but she continued obediently. “This passage leads to the Inner Sanctum. The High Priestess would gather her acolytes there to commune with the abyss. It is said the walls themselves would bleed if she willed it.”

I kissed the crown of her head, my embrace tightening. “And now those walls shall bleed for me.”

Her breath hitched again as I let my fingers wander deliberately, testing how far her composure would hold. She leaned into me, caught between duty and desire, whispering hoarsely:

“Mother… if we go deeper still… we will reach the Reliquary. It holds what remains of the artifacts and relics they plundered—ancient grimoires, cursed items, the bones of abyssal creatures. That chamber was forbidden to all but the highest among us.”

“Mmm,” I purred, savoring both her words and the way her body melted under my touch. “With me here, no ward nor priestess, no mortal hand can stand in our way. If anyone dares interrupt, I will tear them apart before they can draw breath.”

Ysara’s hand clutched mine as she led me down a spiral descent, the torches flickering lower and lower until the air was heavy with dust and age. The corridor widened into a vast chamber, its walls etched with runes that pulsed faintly, like the dying heartbeat of something ancient.

The Reliquary loomed before us—a vast chamber hewn from black stone, its walls lined with gilded altars. Relics, damaged artifacts lay in silent rows, faintly glimmering in the gloom: bones of abyssal beasts, shards of broken crowns, weapons still slick with ancient malice. The air pulsed with a suffocating pressure, heavy with the weight of centuries-old hatred and power, sealed and festering in the dark.

“This is the Reliquary…” Ysara whispered, eyes lowered, as if meeting the gaze of any artifact might awaken it. “The High Priestess forbade entry without her. Everything here was taken from long-buried ruins, killed demons or stolen—each piece cursed. Each one… hungry.”

I hummed softly, tracing lazy spirals across her lower back with the edge of my nail, each circle sinking her deeper into my love. “Hungry things are always the most delightful, don’t you think, my daughter?”

Her breath caught, her voice breaking. “Mother… we should not linger too long. These relics—they belong to creatures from beyond the Veil. Their aura alone has driven men to madness.”

I chuckled low in my throat, brushing my lips against her ear. “Madness is for mortals, child. For me… it is nourishment.” My hand slid lower, urging her forward. She obeyed, guiding me past the threshold.

As soon as we stepped inside, I felt it. My skin prickled, the air itself pressing against me. The aura licked at me like a thousand unseen tongues, cold and intoxicating, yet begging to be claimed. I halted, forcing Ysara to stop as well, though her trembling body pressed against mine betrayed her confusion.

“M-Mother…?” she whispered.

I silenced her with a slow press of my finger against her lips, then released her waist with deliberate slowness. Every movement of mine was calculated, sensual, commanding, It was as natural as breathing. I drifted forward into the chamber’s center, hips swaying with each step. My naked skin gleamed under the torchlight, the shadows caressing me as though the chamber itself yearned to worship.

And then—oh, I felt it. The core of this place. A surge of abyssal power, raw and violent, pulsing from the bones of some long-slain demon lord. The aura was almost tangible, curling over my body, slipping into me like a lover’s breath.

Mmm…” A shiver coursed through me, escaping my throat in a low, decadent moan. I tilted my head back, letting my hair spill down like a silken veil, and inhaled deeply.

Drawing in the abyssal aura into myself. My body arching as a deep shiver coursed down my spine. “Mmmhh… this taste…” My lips parted in a sultry smile, my voice dripping with hunger. “It’s almost like when I devoured Baloria… but richer… denser… far more intoxicating in the flesh.”

Ysara moaned, frozen in place, her crimson eyes wide as she watched me.

I trailed my hands down my own body, deliberately slow. Fingertips glided across my throat, my breasts, teasingly circling my nipples until they peaked under the cold air.

My nails grazed lower, down the curve of my stomach, tracing the lines of my hips. Each touch sent a jolt of abyssal energy crackling through my nerves, fusing pain with pleasure.

The chamber itself began to tremble faintly, as though responding to me.

These trinkets bled aura in thicker waves now, wrapping around me like smoky hands. It clawed at me, invaded me, yet it was powerless to dominate. I laughed, a sharp, maniacal sound that echoed off the black walls.

“Do you see, Ysara?” I purred, pressing my thighs together, grinding slowly against the aura itself as it pulsed like a phantom tongue between them. “Even this cursed power… bends to me. It does not consume me. I consume it.”

I sank to my knees, back arched, chest heaving. My fingers plunged lower now, stroking myself with deliberate, intoxicating rhythm while abyssal tendrils coiled around my thighs, my breasts, my throat. Each pulse of dark energy matched the rhythm of my hand, each surge making me shudder harder, panting like a beast yet laughing like a queen.

“Ohhh, yes… yesss…” My voice broke into a moan, half pleasure, half triumph. My body rocked with each wave of darkness, hips grinding against nothing and everything at once. The aura inside me sparked with lightning, melting into a whirlpool of bliss. “You… will feed me… you will worship me… you will break for me…”

My laughter grew ragged, interlaced with moans, as my climax tore through me. Pleasure and abyssal energy collided, flooding every vein. My vision went white for a heartbeat, and then deeper black than even the void.

“Yesss!”

I cried out, my voice echoing like a hymn of damnation, body convulsing as the aura poured into me. The chamber shook harder, the relics thrumming with stolen life as I drank it all—every drop of hate, despair, and corruption—into myself.

When the final shudder passed, I collapsed forward onto my hands, sweat dripping, hair clinging wild to my face. Laughter spilled out—low, sultry, victorious.

I rose in one fluid motion and turned to Ysara, trembling at the threshold, her legs pressed together, breath stolen.

Her blush was radiant, her body shaking with arousal she could not disguise.

I licked my lips slowly, tasting the last remnants of abyssal ecstasy.

“Now, my daughter… ” I whispered, stalking toward her like a predator. “Tell me. What other secrets does this lair keep from me?”
