Chapter 105: Marriage…

“Marriage,” Elana tasted the word in her mouth. It wasn’t bad. The sound of it sent excitement through her body. It caused her to dream of the future and imagine pleasant things. “Marriage…”

Not so long ago, Elana had thought she would never get married. But now, her heart was set, and the preparations done. She was in her dress, simple and tightfitting – bloodred, with rubies inlined in the hems.

It wasn’t traditional, but it suited her. Elana was quite happy with it, noting how useful Romoly had proved. She could not wait to see how Moira would look.

“Marriage…” Elana formed an ice diadem on her head while looking around the glamorous waiting room. “It feels nice…” She caressed the bracelet on her hand.

Moira was close, waiting as well – just in a different room. They would meet at the altar. In the same hall, they had established their superiority.

“How about it?” Elana looked at Catarina, who was admiring the red dress.

“About?” The violet hair swayed as Catarina looked up into Elana’s eyes.

“Marriage, of course.”

“Yours specifically or the practise in general.” Catarina pondered. “If I have to say, it is an excellent way to establish-”

“Not that!” Elana took a step closer to her friend and flicked her forehead. “I am asking something different here.” She leaned down, making sure their eyes remained locked. “Something very, very different.” Her slow words were full of meaning.

“…I…” Catarina’s cheeks flushed. “Are you asking what I think you are asking?” She trembled. “Because if you are asking what I think you are asking, I…” Her eyes filled with tears. “I… I would…”

“Is that a yes?” Elana teased.

“Ask it properly, dummy.” Catarina lightly punched Elana’s shoulder. “And it’s your wedding day to boot. Talk about bad timing.” Despite her words, she looked very happy.

“I am asking now because girls look the best during their wedding days!” Elana didn’t allow Catarina to escape. She grabbed the girl’s waist. “Irresistible, even.”

“What about Moira?” Catarina still clung to logic.

“Oh, she can propose to you after,” Elana had an answer ready.

“You haven’t yet either.”

“I am about to,” Elana pressed her body against Catarina’s, enjoying the girl’s body with her fingers. She ran her fingers over Catarina’s back, making the girl tremble like a leaf.

It was quite exciting. Elana knew someone would come soon to announce the beginning of the ceremony, but she couldn’t help herself. She liked playing around with Catarina too much.

Elana contemplated pushing her palms under the girl’s violet dress – which matched Catarina’s hair perfectly but decided against it.

Once she got going, Elana knew she would ruin her own dress. Instead, she became even gentler. Her fingers danced slower, causing the girl to moan.

“W-well,” Catarina stifled her moans. “Where is it?” She was clenching her fists – holding back from returning the favour.

“Catarina,” Elana broke into a wide smile. “Will-” She gently kissed the girl’s tip of the nose. “-you-” She left another kiss, this time on Catarina’s cheek. “-marry-” The next kiss was on the other cheek. “-me.”

Elana’s lips met Catarina’s, not waiting for the answer. She stole the girl’s breath, hungrily absorbing her heat and passion.

When Elana finally let the girl go, Catarina was breathless and senseless. Her flushed visage was pleasing to the eye – especially with how she opened and closed her mouth, trying to form an answer.

“There. Now you are mine. Truly mine.” Elana felt proud. Catarina was another great catch.

“Yes!” Came the belated answer. Catarina jumped in happiness. “Yes, yes!” She giggled. “Oh,’ Her cheer vanished. “Crap.”

Elana raised an eyebrow. “Hmm? That lasted less than I had expected. Tell me what is the issue, and I will terminate it.”

“It’s, uh…” Catarina stilled. “I don’t think you can eliminate this problem. It’s…” She hesitated. “Mary…”

“Oh,” Elana didn’t need to be told more. “Shit. Yes. That can be a problem.”

Mary had been… manic. The past week had been annoying. Elana still hadn’t fixed the issue of wanting to slurp her sister’s juices. And Mary had been a constant pest, wanting to have a private talk.

Upon Elana’s order, Leina had been locked up in a laboratory to find a fix to Elana’s issue. But there hadn’t been any progress.

And if Mary succeeded in finding Elana alone…

Frankly, Elana wasn’t sure she would be able to stop herself. “Right. No other choice then.” She had been delaying the issue for long enough.

“Did you figure something?” Catarina grabbed Elana’s hand, suddenly feeling hope. “I fear I will find myself with a dagger in my back once this comes to light.”

“Yes. I did.” Elana nodded. “The answer is actually really simple. It is something I wanted to do for some time now.”

“What is it?” Catarina

“Well, you see…”

“It is time,” A servant’s voice interrupted. “Lady Knight,” The woman bowed, opening the doors wider. “Your love is waiting.”

“It’s time!” Elana’s heartbeat grew faster. The excitement was addicting. “Follow behind me.” She instructed.

“Wait,” Catarina didn’t let go of Elana’s hand. “What about the solution? This is an issue! Mary will also be there. She might notice something. We can’t risk her ruining the day!” She reasoned.

“As I said, it is simple,” Elana pulled Catarina along. She looked at the servant. “I take our attraction is also prepared.”

“Yes, Lady Knight,” The woman bowed deeply.

“Good,” Elana stepped into the hallway leading to the main hall. “Anyway.” She squeezed Catarina’s hand. “We simply have to capture Mary, tie her up and make her our source of water.”

“…” Catarina was speechless for a moment. “I think you mixed in something strange at the end.”

“Shit. I did.” Elana bit her tongue. “See, this is why we do it. That woman is better off as a faucet than a human. I guarantee it.”

With these words in the air, Elana stepped into the great hall.

Finally, it was time for the greatest day of her life.
